How it works


Do you own more than 10 acres of forest land? Do you care about sustainable forest management for diverse objectives? Do you have a forest management plan or are you willing to get one? Then you meet the basic qualifications to be a Certified Tree Farm™ or Certified Family Forest™!

Signs


The Tree Farm sign has been proudly displayed on sustainably managed private forest lands since 1941, and a registered trademark since 1971. The Wood, Wildlife, Water, and Recreation emblem speaks to the diverse values of people who manage and care for small, private and community owned woodlands.
