Insurance Coverage
AFF maintains comprehensive insurance package that includes general liability and property insurance that covers AFF and volunteers acting at the direction of AFF.
This includes volunteers conducting routine Tree Farm related business like field days or awards events. State programs can submit a form to receive a certificate of coverage if needed.
General event liability coverage is not provided within the insurance policy. State programs may need to secure policies for singular events. However, if inherent risks of the vent are low, and practical measures are taken to mitigate the inherent risk, additional coverage may be unnecessary.
Tree Farm Promotional Items
Tree Farm branded promotional and giveaway items are distributed to state programs annually.
There are limits to the types of items and quantities available, however. Requests are submitted by state programs in the March/April time frame. State programs are able to use the Tree Farm and Family Forest logos to purchase their own supplies of promotional items using a vendor of their own choosing, provided it is in compliance with the logo use policy. Contact AFF staff at [email protected] to request the logos, or you can use Raise the Bar Designs, a preferred provider managed by a Tree Farm family in Washington.
